A buyer who needs to know the market in order to make an informed decision.  That is what we provide.  We know pricing, what is available, and where things are going. 

Here is an example.  Our customer fell in love with a property.  It was an older property, even historic, and she had dreamed of such property.  However, the market being difficult for sellers, we cautioned her to be wary of buying this home while her current home was not sold.  We explained the costs of owning two homes for an extended period of time, which could indeed be the case in a buyers market.  Furthermore, she would put herself into dangerous negotiating position because she would likely become desperate for a sale. After counseling and brainstorming, we arrived at a happy solution: she rented her home and purchased her dream.

We disclose what should be known about a property -- what we would want to know if we were buying it.  In addition to being the right thing to do, it benefits everyone, including the seller.  Why go through the effort of purchasing property and then backing out when you discover something that could have been known ahead of time. We know what is important to our customers and counsel them accordingly. Don't we all want an uncle or aunt to share their wisdom with us?  That is what we provide.
