About Richard and Eve

Our personal motto, “Two are better than one,” symbolizes the versatility and wisdom which a strong husband and wife team brings to a successful real estate practice. We have been married more than 30 years (An accomplishment these days, isn't it?), and have had a successful real estate career for all but three of those years. 

We find that a superb relationship in marriage assists a happy relationship with our clients --  and with our fellow Realtors as well.  It is not widely recognized that selling and purchasing a home is simpler, safer and more successful if your agent is liked and respected by others in the profession.

Prior to relocating to Sebastian in 1997 (seems we're all from elsewhere), we owned our own real estate firm in Connecticut.  This experience is like a well of deep water from which we draw wisdom with which to counsel with our clients. Have a drink.

We affiliated with Oak River Properties because it shares our ideals of ethics and service.  The number of buyers and sellers we assist is limited.  This ensures focused, quality time for each.  Large is not always better.  (Which we remind ourselves also applies to losing weight.)

On a personal note...

We counsel people in areas of marriage, finance, and spirituality.  More important than making a living is how you do it.
